Catarina Freitas, born in Porto, is an Art Director, Visual Designer, Founder and Creative Director of Yucca Studio. She has a Master's Degree in Graphic Design and has amassed over 8 years of experience in the field. Her focus spans across Web, Branding, Campaigns, Video, and Photography Art Direction.
Throughout her career, Catarina has worked in numerous studios and agencies worldwide, while also taking a keen interest in the field of Graphic Design Education and Critical Writing. Alongside Yucca Studio, she currently serves as an Art Director at EF Education First, overseeing worldwide campaigns and directing photo and video shoots across different regions around the globe.
In addition to her professional endeavours, Catarina strongly advocates for genuine and engaged creation, believing that our understanding of the world holds value only when translated into transformative actions. She also harbours a profound love for sports, analogue photography, mountains, hiking, fresh orange juice, and, of course, her beautiful dog.
