Coffee. We all drink it, some of us lean into it more than others. What can't be ignored is the way that it's changed the world – and for farmers, growers, importers and cafe owners it can be exceptionally important to tell the story of what's going on in your cup.
Exemplar is a coffee roastery, magazine and research project focused on delivering the most exciting and emerging coffees from across the world. They tell the stories of farmers, cultivated histories, and the people involved in every stage of the seed-to-cup process through a quarterly subscription small magazine and coffee drop.
