Tanya Livesey

Tanya is an internationally experienced business leader, consultant and qualified leadership coach – with over a decade of experience in developing the leaders of high-profile creative organisations.
In her early career, Tanya sat on the management teams of some of the top London advertising agencies, learning first-hand about the complexity of leading teams in highly creative, dynamic and pressured environments.

Since 2007, she has been one of the global leaders of The Talent Business, which she has helped build into the world’s leading global executive search firm in the creative marketing and communications space. She is also the founder of No Ordinary – an executive coaching business that develops leaders of high-profile creative businesses. Her role as a consultant, advisor and coach to some of the world’s most celebrated creative leaders has given her valuable insight into the challenges of modern leadership in creative organisations. Tanya also writes a regular column on creative leadership for Creative Review and has delivered talks, workshops and masterclasses for D&AD Festivals, Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ diversity initiative, and Creative Equals’ “Be Awesome Night School”.
