Hayley has worked in the global branding, design, and innovation industries for close to 20 years. Originally from London, she moved to New York 12 years ago to start the New York office of Brand Consultancy The Gild, then moving onto the innovation team at Anomaly, before landing at Jones Knowles Ritchie as Group Strategy Director in 2020.
She specializes in brand and innovation strategy, and is deeply passionate about using a combination of strategic rigor and inspiring creative leaps to galvanize teams to transform brands—bravely and effectively. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple industries, including retail, CPG, spirits and, fashion, and with iconic brands and businesses like Nike, Kraft Heinz, Nordstrom, Hilton, Diageo, Campari Group, Coty, and Lego.
