"Chicken Out" aims to reclaim the brand's position in the restaurant industry by fostering in-person connections through technology. The Nando's app will introduce a newly integrated platform that allows users to engage in challenges and dares inspired by the restaurant’s signature sauces. As participants compete at various spice levels, they will have the opportunity to share their accomplished dares on social media, where they will earn points redeemable for free Nando's meals and even exclusive Nando's merch. By embracing a medium relevant to today's youth, Nando's will win over a new generation. "Chicken Out" will encourage camaraderie and friendly competition while simultaneously reinforcing Nando's as the ultimate gathering space.
