Coal Drops Yard represents a new type of experience-led retail destination. The work showcases a breadth of experiences — both commercial and non-commercial. The site is built around historic arches that date back to its original use as Victorian London’s coal store. The identity uses these shapes to literally frame or house images representing everything you can find there — retailers, history, bars and restaurants, culture, respite and community. It is ever-changing, always unexpected.
