Business travel is not fun. Harvard Business Review reports that 75% of business travellers suffer from very high stress levels and lack of sleep. City Lodge Hotels wanted to tackle this problem and use the opportunity to build loyalty among their business guests. So, to help them relax, unwind and get some much-needed sleep, we created Bedtime Stories for Business People - a playful playlist of guided meditations accessed via a microsite. Helping our guests to wake up refreshed and ready to face whatever awful powerpointing, networking or team building awaits them. It's the least we can do
