Tom is a Creative Director, Coach and Entrepreneur. He helps businesses large and small shape their products, services, brand and communications. He runs workshops, masterclasses and transformational sessions that help people develop their creative careers, build entrepreneurial skills, learn about themselves and grow.
Tom’s background is leadership in Design and Creative Agencies. He co-founded one of the UK’s early digital agencies, seeing it through to acquisition by a global advertising agency and a role as Executive Creative Director in the London office. A board level stint in a British fashion retailer as Brand Comms Director was followed by a return to agency land as Executive Creative Director of a global communications agency. Adjacent to his work in branding, design and technology agencies Tom founded his own hardware startup creating award-winning internet connected consumer electronics. Tom’s most recent endeavour is a Brand Communications and Design Agency working exclusively with sustainable entrepreneurs.
