The organisation was established on the pillars of education, advocacy, and design, partnering and guiding brands in their move from awareness to action to support their employees, customers, and stakeholders to thrive.
Sinéad works on global and local projects with clients on 4 continents across business, media, public sector, the arts, academia, and non-profit sectors, such as A-Frame, Balenciaga, Capri Holdings, The Crown Estate, Chanel, Ford Foundation, Gucci, ITV, Jo Malone London, LAIKA, Mattel, Microsoft, NASA, Netflix, Parsons School of Design, Pinterest, the Public Appointments Service, Ralph Lauren, Soho House, Starbucks, Unilever, and the V&A. The work ranges from creating more accessible environments (such as headquarters, retail, production, film sets, hotels and nightclubs, galleries, playgrounds and other public spaces); building confidence in employing Disabled people and advising on required systemic changes within the recruitment journey, workflows, and culture to set Disabled talent up for success.
Over the last four years, Sinéad has also hosted the podcast ‘As Me with Sinéad Burke’ for Lemonada Media, and published a best-selling and award-winning book for children, ‘Break the Mould’.
